Skin Concern >>Unwanted Hair

Unwanted hair is a common problem for men and women. Aside from being a cosmetic concern, many of us are afflicted by ingrown hairs and acne that result from shaving and waxing. In the past, the customary treatments were waxing, shaving, plucking and depilatory creams. Some are painful, messy, and all are temporary.  Electrolysis is practical only for small areas, because it is time-consuming process.

Pulsed Light hair removal works by emitting pulses of intense light into the hair follicles. The light is absorbed by the pigment in the follicles and converted to heat. The heat destroys the structure of the follicle, loosens the hair and disables the cells responsible for growing new hair. This leads to short-term freedom from unwanted hair and long-term reduction of new hair growth.
