Iris Gin, M.D., a leader in cosmetic, laser and medical dermatology for over 20 years, is the founding director of Kalia Dermatology and Laser Center. Dr. Gin graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Ivy League University of Pennsylvania. She then moved to Los Angeles, where she received her Medical Degree from the University of Southern California School of Medicine and completed a medical internship at UCLA Medical Center. Subsequently, she completed her Dermatology residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, where she performed several clinical studies during the early developmental stages of Dermatological lasers.
Dr. Iris Gin is the NBC Living Well Expert in Dermatology and is one of the most recognizable names in the field of dermatology. She has been featured on numerous news and media including NBC, KRON, Best of the Bay TV, and SJ Mercury News. Dr. Gin has been a speaker at the American Academy of Dermatology and has had several publications in peer-reviewed journals in her specialty.
Monique J. Wilson, MD is a board-certified dermatologist with advanced fellowship training in cosmetic procedural dermatology. Dr. Wilson is a Bay Area native who graduated summa cum laude with College and Provost’s Honors from UCLA. She then received her M.D. from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, where she was selected to perform an additional year of intensive research in the Doris Duke Clinical Research Fellowship.
Dr. Wilson completed her dermatology residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago, serving as co-chief resident and heading the expansion of the program’s resident cosmetic curriculum as the cosmetics education chair. After completion of her residency, Dr. Wilson received additional dedicated training in aesthetics and clinical trials as an ASDS Cosmetic Dermatologic Surgery Fellow at Cosmetic Laser Dermatology in San Diego, CA. Dr. Wilson is committed to improving patient care through research and innovation. She has published numerous articles and book chapters, has delivered presentations at national and regional meetings, and serves as a reviewer for several medical journals.
She is the recipient of five competitive research fellowships to support her work in healthcare outcomes, resident education, and cosmetic dermatology. Dr. Wilson is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, and Women’s Dermatologic Society.
Dr. Wilson and her husband, Dr. Thomas J. Wilson, spend their leisure time exploring beautiful places and delicious food with family, friends and their two cats.
Camille Flemate is a Board Certified Physician Associate specializing in Dermatology. She earned her Bachelors of Science Degree in Biology from Santa Clara University and her Masters Degree in Physician Assistant Practice from the University of Southern California. Working as a Physician Assistant has been the most rewarding experience for Camille. Working the past 10 years in medical and cosmetic dermatology has provided her with an excellent foundation to treat both rare and common skin disorders. Camille is excited to be an important part of Dr. Gin's well-respected team at Kalia Dermatology. In her free time she enjoys salsa dancing with her husband, running half marathons, and spending time with her three beautiful children.
Julie Lam is a board certified Physician Associate, originally from Los Angeles, California. She graduated Cum Laude from the University of California, Irvine with a Bachelor of Science in Public Health Sciences. She then relocated to the bay area to complete her graduate studies at Touro University, where she earned dual Masters Degrees in Physician Assistant Studies and Public Health. Julie specializes in adult and children medical dermatology. In her leisure time, she stays active with barre and indoor cycling. She also enjoys traveling, cooking and spending time with her husband and their son.
Amanda Ward is a Registered Nurse with extensive experience in the Medical Aesthetics field. Amanda graduated from The University of San Francisco and Academy of Art College in 1998 with a Bachelors of Fine Arts Degree with an emphasis in sculpture. Her love of helping people lead her to pursue her dreams of being a registered nurse. She graduated from Cabrillo College in Santa Cruz. Amanda specializes in Ulthera, UltraShape, VelaShape, Fractionalized laser, IPL, MiraDry, Dermapen, PRP and Injectables. By developing meaningful relationships with her clients and understanding their aesthetic goals, Amanda uses her caring touch, eye for beauty and extensive knowledge to customize each procedure for that individual. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children, running with her Labradoodle and living a happy and healthy lifestyle.
Jenna Kammann has nearly 15 years as a registered nurse, with over 10 of those in the specialized area of Aesthetic Nursing. Jenna is a graduate of Chico State University, where she received her BSN. Jenna's passion lies firmly in the cosmetic industry, and finds pleasure in helping her clients external appearance match their internal youthfulness. Jenna specializes in laser services including, hair removal, photofacial, leg vein therapy, fractional laser resurfacing, ultherapy, and velashape and ultrashape for body contouring. In her spare time Jenna enjoys spending time exploring the wonderful outdoor areas that surround us with her husband and two daughters.

Harman Gill has been a registered nurse for over two years. Harman graduated Summa Cum Laude from California State University, Fresno with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Harman's interest in dermatology and cosmetics led her to peruse this passion in the beginning of her nursing career. Harman specializes in laser hair removal, IPL Photofacial, microneedling, PRP, and PRF. In her spare time, Harman loves to travel and explore new places with her husband.
Danielle Lee has been in the cosmetic industry for almost 18 years. Prior to receiving her Esthetician licsence from Shoreline School of Esthetics, she studied Psychology and recived a BA at Sierra Nevada College in Tahoe. Danielle specializes in Chemical peels, Microdermabrasion, Extractions, and Facials. Her goal is to transform her client's skin with a relaxing, personal and hands on approach. She enjoys connecting with each individual, while educating them on the most effective treatment plan for their skin needs. In her free time she loves nothing more than to spend time with her family including, her significant other, Michael and their son.
