A Bay Area native, Dr. Gin graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania before earning her medical degree from the University of Southern California School of Medicine. She completed her internship at UCLA Medical Center and went on to complete her dermatology residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, where she participated in clinical studies during the early development of dermatologic laser technology. This advanced training helped shape her expertise in both cutting-edge laser procedures and comprehensive dermatologic care.
Throughout her career, Dr. Gin has been recognized for her ability to blend science, artistry, and innovation to deliver exceptional results. Dr. Monique J. Wilson is a Board-Certified Dermatologist with advanced fellowship training in cosmetic procedural dermatology. Known for her refined clinical expertise, academic distinction, and thoughtful approach to patient care, Dr. Wilson brings a sophisticated blend of science, artistry, and innovation to the practice of dermatology.
A Bay Area native, Dr. Wilson graduated summa cum laude from UCLA with both College and Provost’s Honors before earning her medical degree from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. While at Columbia, she was selected for the prestigious Doris Duke Clinical Research Fellowship, completing an additional year of intensive research training that further strengthened her commitment to advancing patient care through evidence-based medicine and innovation.
Dr. Wilson completed her dermatology residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago, where she served as co-chief resident and played a leading role in expanding the program’s cosmetic curriculum as cosmetics education chair. She then pursued additional subspecialty training as an ASDS Cosmetic Dermatologic Surgery Fellow at the nationally recognized Cosmetic Laser Dermatology in San Diego, where she refined her expertise in aesthetic procedures, laser treatments, and clinical research.
Her approach to dermatology is rooted in precision, natural results, and individualized care. Camille Flemate is a Board-Certified Physician Associate specializing in dermatology and a Fellow of the Society of Dermatology Physician Associates (SDPA). With more than 20 years of experience in both medical and cosmetic dermatology, Camille is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy skin and feel confident in their appearance.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Santa Clara University and was part of the inaugural Master’s class in Physician Assistant Practice at the University of Southern California in 2003. Since then, she has built an extensive career caring for patients with a wide range of skin concerns, from common conditions to rare and complex dermatologic disorders.
Camille is known for her thoughtful, personalized approach to patient care. She values taking the time to understand each patient’s needs and creating treatment plans that are both effective and tailored to their goals. Her experience in cosmetic dermatology also allows her to help patients enhance their natural beauty with confidence and ease.
Outside of the office, Camille is passionate about fitness, nutrition, and supporting women in their wellness journeys. She also enjoys salsa dancing with her husband, running, hiking, and spending time with her three active children.
Julie Lam is a Board-Certified Physician Associate with a passion for medical and surgical dermatology. She is dedicated to providing thoughtful, individualized care and delivering the latest dermatologic treatments to help patients achieve the best possible outcomes for their skin health.
Originally from Los Angeles, California, Julie graduated Cum Laude from the University of California, Irvine, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Public Health Sciences. She went on to pursue dual master’s degrees in Physician Assistant Studies and Public Health at Touro University in the Bay Area, combining her clinical training with a broader commitment to patient wellness and preventive care.
Julie specializes in adult and adolescent medical dermatology and enjoys helping patients navigate a wide range of skin concerns with confidence and clarity. She is known for her warm, patient-centered approach and for taking the time to understand each individual’s needs in order to create personalized treatment plans.
In addition to her clinical work, Julie serves as an Adjunct Faculty member in Touro University’s Physician Assistant program, where she enjoys mentoring future healthcare providers and sharing her passion for dermatology.
Outside of the office, Julie treasures time with her husband and two sons. She also enjoys cooking and exploring different cuisines.
Amanda Ward is a Registered Nurse with over 10 years of experience in medical aesthetics at Kalia Dermatology in Los Gatos. Raised in Santa Cruz County, Amanda has always had a deep connection to the community she now serves.
Amanda began her career in the healing arts as a massage therapist, practicing for 10 years before pursuing nursing at Cabrillo College. With a lifelong passion for aesthetics, she transitioned into dermatology and aesthetic medicine immediately after earning her nursing degree.
She specializes in a wide range of advanced aesthetic treatments including Botox and dermal fillers, laser skin rejuvenation, pigment correction, acne scar treatments, tattoo and hair removal, and skin tightening procedures. Amanda is highly experienced with advanced technologies such as BBL HEROic, HALO, MicroLaserPeel, RF microneedling, traditional microneedling with stem cells and PRF, and treatments designed specifically for darker skin types. She also treats conditions such as redness, eczema-related skin concerns, and sun damage.
With a background in fine arts, Amanda brings a unique artistic eye to facial aesthetics, focusing on natural-looking results and balanced rejuvenation. Her philosophy centers on building long-term relationships with patients, understanding their goals, and creating personalized treatment plans that help them look and feel their best.

Jenna Kammann is a Registered Nurse with nearly 15 years of nursing experience, including more than a decade in the specialized field of aesthetic nursing. She is passionate about helping patients feel confident and refreshed by enhancing their natural beauty and aligning their outward appearance with how youthful and vibrant they feel inside.
Jenna earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from California State University, Chico. Since beginning her career, she has developed extensive experience in cosmetic treatments and advanced aesthetic technologies, with a particular focus on laser-based procedures and body contouring.
She specializes in a variety of aesthetic services, including laser hair removal, IPL photofacials, leg vein therapy, fractional laser resurfacing, and Ultherapy. Jenna is known for her warm approach, attention to detail, and commitment to helping each patient feel comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout their treatment journey.
Outside of the office, Jenna enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters and exploring the beautiful outdoor spaces in the surrounding area.
Danielle Lee has nearly 18 years of experience in the cosmetic industry and is passionate about helping patients achieve healthier, more radiant skin. She is known for her relaxing, hands-on approach and for creating a personalized experience that helps each client feel cared for, comfortable, and confident in their treatment plan.
Before earning her esthetician license from Shoreline School of Esthetics, Danielle studied psychology and received her Bachelor of Arts from Sierra Nevada College in Tahoe. Her background gives her a thoughtful, individualized approach to skincare and patient connection.
Danielle specializes in chemical peels, microdermabrasion, extractions, and customized facials. She enjoys working closely with each patient to understand their skin concerns, educate them on effective treatment options, and develop personalized plans to help transform and maintain their skin.
Outside of the office, Danielle loves spending time with her family, including her significant other, Michael, and their son.
